Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. 3. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside. 4. In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 30 seconds. 5. Add broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 6. Return tofu to the pan. Add soy sauce, sesame oil (if using), and water or broth. 7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat everything evenly. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
