heya! as someone with chronic pain who also sometimes struggles with hygiene (like showers/bathing) i recommend getting her some wet wipes! (idk if they have a different name in the states? moist wipes?) they help a lot to just feel cleaner when you cant actually wash yourself everyone deserves to feel clean and comfortable

as someone with bipolar... I have had depressive episodes that could have easily gotten this bad if I didn't have my husband and friends to help me. some people don't have that support system. I'm glad these people have you 💜
