@mayhemmaddness_ent: DROP DEAD FRED (1991) is one of those weird movies I watched every single time it came on HBO. 😂 Starring Phoebe Cates and Rik Mayall, this movie was wild. Fred was basically an imaginary friend that came back into Lizzie's life as an adult and caused absolute chaos everywhere he went. What's crazy is I don't remember seeing Rik Mayall in much else growing up, but he absolutely stole this movie. Phoebe Cates was everywhere back then, but Fred was the character everybody remembered. Looking back, I don't even know if this was really a kids movie. 😂 It had some dark stuff, some weird stuff, and a whole lot of chaos, but that's what made it memorable. Honestly, I think you could remake this today and it could work if they found the right person to play Fred.
