@100proofflowfitness: Today I’m doing a farmer’s walk on my walking pad with a 25 lb Morocsoft kettlebell in one hand and a 15 lb kettlebell in the other. Why? Because life isn’t balanced. Using different weights forces my core, hips, shoulders, and nervous system to work overtime to resist leaning, twisting, or compensating. It’s one of my favorite ways to strengthen my weak side and improve overall stability.
