Fr people don’t realize that floch’s creation of yeagerists come from a bastardized interpretation of Erwin’s leadership not Erwin’s actual motivations. Floch trauma and angst from shiganshina heavily influenced the core of yeagarism. Not Erwin. Erwin was fighting for humanity and truth not Eldia. Half of the self proclaimed yeagerist are just corny edge lords who don’t even understand the plot and only liked eren when he was killing people. Even eren didn’t agree with what he did, and cried for the people he was going to murder, he only did it because he wanted to save his friends at any cost. Aot is about perspective and every time I talk to “yeagerist” it’s obvious they don’t know the plot of the show 😂

they really thought just because he supported eren before the last season he would lick his boot thoughout the series like what floch did and not have a seperate mind jeagerists often forget that before the corps discovered the basement almost everyone thought that humanity was at the point of extinction and that everyone was inside the walls, so the world was pretty much only in black and white for them as anyone who attacked them is a threat to humanity, and now after they found out that there are many nations outside the walls everything changed, they were at war instead of dealing with some traitors, the outside world also wasn't entirely hostile as it had many innocent people and allies who didn't pose any real threat, the eldians's pain was caused by a group of people which is small if we compare it with the rest of the world, this is a much more complex situation that requires more than assuming that anyone who isn't from your kind is an enemy that must be eradicated, erwin genuinely cared about every single human and he isn't selfish and he cares for the greater good even if it meant having to bear harsh sacrifices, i'm sure he would try to find a better plan, not commit a global gen0cld£
