@cruiseshipparadise: ⚓️☕️ Grabbing a cup of coffee doesn't get much more aesthetic than this. One of my favorite little routines onboard Norwegian Viva was waking up, leaving the cabin while most people were still asleep, and making my way to Starbucks for my morning coffee. Now, Norwegian Viva actually has a real Starbucks location onboard, and it's located right inside the stunning Penrose Atrium on Deck 7. And honestly, the location couldn't be better. Right next to Starbucks are these huge floor-to-ceiling windows stretching across two decks, overlooking nothing but the sea. Every morning I'd grab my coffee, find a seat by the window and just watch the ocean roll by. Some mornings it was a sunrise. Some mornings it was another beautiful Mediterranean coastline appearing in the distance. And some mornings it was just endless blue sea. But that's exactly why I love cruising. It's funny because when you're at home, grabbing a coffee is just part of your daily routine. You barely think about it. Then you step onboard a cruise ship and suddenly that same morning coffee becomes an event 😂 You have the ocean outside, the ship slowly coming to life around you, that feeling that you have absolutely nowhere you need to be, and somehow a simple cup of coffee tastes even better.m Those are honestly some of my favorite cruise moments. Not the big production shows, not the fancy dinners, not even the ports sometimes. Just a quiet morning, a good coffee, a sea view and that feeling that life has slowed down for a little while. It really doesn't get much better than that. And that's one of the reasons I love cruising so much.
