i work at mcds and have sooo much respect for my managers. people think mcds is easy until you’ve been there. i try to make my managers job as easy as i can on them bc i could NEVER do what they do everyday. it’s too much.

hey i’m 21 now, just left after 4 years. the second i turned 18 they put me in management classes and i stressed myself out everyday for almost 3 years about everything i couldn’t do right. now i’m at a really great job with amazing pay and benefits because of my experience. if you stick it out for a bit longer you won’t regret it :)

Literally, I’ve been managing for 3 years now, I started when I was 16 and on my 18th birthday after I had already completed the manager classes they gave me my completed management verification and I was left to close the store five nights a week even throughout my whole pregnancy. I just had an interview today that seemed to go very well. I’m weirdly attached to the chaos of it all, but I’ll finally let my nervous system rest for once. Maybe 🤔 😳

It’s definitely hard being a kid and trying to teach kids the right way I’m not a kid per say I just turned 21 and it’s hard to get the crew to do anything they never wanna listen and it’s upsetting because I don’t wanna yell at them like the other mangers do but damn does it get to a point
