I got an injection of lidocaine and toradol into my piriformis and felt great. After a month or so, that muscle was back to being in a tight spasm. I can’t get it to calm down. Everything makes it worse. Haven’t tried a chiro yet. It’s been 6 months. I do have an injured hip and was trying to strengthen my glutes to support my hip, and that’s how the piriformis blew up. I’ll look up the Curtis method.

Hey dr! M21 here ive been completely fine but since that i started to run every day for more than 3km a day after 2-3 months i got diagnosed with it. Its been there with me for 8 months and im feeling hopeless that itll get healed cuz i wanna go back as an athlete.. seriously what are the chances of me recovering?

I was told I had it and sure enough it was not. By the time i got the right diagnosys it was too late. I got both hips replaced.
