she's so cute! fun fact: the name Brasil comes from the tree Pau Brasil that can be extracted a red pigment. (Brasil as in "brasa", means flame). So, even if it was bc of her school, it was a nice touch. I love Scotland 🇧🇷🏴

she is absolutely lovely! and here's a fascinating bit of history: the name 'Brazil' actually comes from the pau-brasil (Brazilwood) tree, which was highly valued by the portuguese for its vibrant red pigment. in fact, the name itself derives from the word for 'ember' (brasa), because of the wood's fiery red color. this makes every single color in the tartan deeply meaningful for Brazil and its people. thank you little one! 🥹🫶🏽🇧🇷🏴
