Allow them to mentally prepare, it's also late at night - don't be that person. Why not go to the 24/7 one in Modderdam? Be reasonable and respectable, they have families waiting for them

True they have to serve until the time they close finish and klaar… Call center agents works till 5pm eg. a call comes thru at 4:59pm they need to take the call even if it means that call ends at 5:30pm no Overtime paid

It happens at most branches, then they suddenly ran out of chicken, or can't make a burger because there's no filets etc etc and that's more than 30 mins before closing time
