As a 21 yr old I remember racing raindrops on the car window and counting how many red cars passed by I even tried counting the trees once doing the puzzles on the cereal box reading a magazine while in the bathroom and if we was bored we always found something to do and as a parent I allow them to be bored bc they’ll eventually find something to do

When I was 9 my dad took me with him while shopping for a new car, we went to four different dealers over the course of four days and spent a minimum of five hours at each one while I sat in the lobby and read automotive magazines beyond my comprehension, that’s boredom.
