It’s taking me a lot of courage to post this… This year has been one of the most intense seasons of my life. Since January, I’ve been constantly on the move hosting clients, going from factory to factory, handling sourcing, shipments, and still trying to manage online orders at the same time. What started as growth quickly became overwhelming. Even though I tried to scale fast and bring in help by employing staffs, the workload increased faster than I could manage. My service slowed down, some clients were unhappy, some requested refunds, and for that I take full responsibility. To everyone who felt the impact of my delays, I am truly sorry. In the middle of all this, my health took a hit. I experienced severe pain and ended up being rushed to the emergency unit after I passed out. It was a wake-up call I couldn’t ignore. I’ve since been diagnosed with high blood pressure and a stomach ulcer. conditions that don’t come overnight, but from prolonged stress, overworking, and not listening to my body. This video is a reminder of that moment. To my clients please know that I have never taken your trust for granted. Even during this period, I have been doing everything I can to fulfill orders, respond, and fix issues, even when I physically wasn’t at my best. To those who showed me grace, patience, and understanding thank you. You have no idea how much that meant to me during a very difficult time. I am currently restructuring, putting better systems in place, and prioritizing both my health and the quality of service I provide. Growth is important, but not at the cost of my well-being or the experience of my clients. This is not the end of my journey it’s a reset. I’m coming back stronger, healthier, and more structured.
