I wonder how I got this? Cause I’ve had all kinds of imaging and the only problem I have is cervical issues , ever since I got neck issues I got diagnosed with vestibular migraines and occipital neuralgia

I have bilateral vestibular loss.I developed PPPD as a secondary condition and I also think I’ve got vestibula migraine. I had a severe migraine attack I was vomiting, also had the chills and the dizziness was through the roof. I also get a lot of visual disturbance auras. Venetian blinds in my vision. I also get double vision bouncy vision and more. I’ll do suffer with insomnia as well central sensitivity syndrome and MECFS… tried vestibular rehab therapy , but it hasn’t worked
