Yummmm :D I’ve been making orange and cranberry loaves with dehydrated oranges and it’s been incredible! I’ve got a bunch of fresh lemons off the tree from my friend, I’m going to dehydrate them and try a blueberry lemon sourdough with them and see how I go!

I always supplement the water with lemonade when I do any kind of lemon loaf and it turns out amazing. Straight lemon juice won’t works (trust me 😅) but the lemonade is mostly water so it works great!

I substitute about 30 grams of water with fresh squeezed lemon juice and add about 25grams of honey to the initial mix! Turns out perfect with a touch extra sweetness!!

Emiky with the blueberries do you mix them with a little flour just to bind them and that helps when you mix them in the bread. Thats what I do when I make blueberry muffins.
