The timing of this video moves me. I broke my hair dryer and, needing one, I searched for another in a bag full of my grandfather's belongings. His scent is still there. I burst into tears and am trapped in grief. They were the only family I had... but I'm so happy at least to share part of my life with him. Thank you, Anna-Laura. ♥️

my boyfriend and i live apart, though i wish we could live together. i have a sweater he gave me from 2020 when we first started dating, and we were in a park, a night before lockdown, and it had been raining. it still smells like that night, the greenery with rain, him, his perfume. he is the love of my life.
