For the kids, I keep it simple with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. For my husband, I add Calabrian chili seasoning for a little extra heat. I season both sides, lightly dredge the fish in flour, shake off the excess, then pan fry it in a little butter and olive oil until golden and crispy. Served with mashed potatoes and a simple salad, and somehow even my picky eater cleans their plate. Easy, affordable, and ready in about 20 minutes.
