I have seizures too! In fact- I had one today when we went out to eat. I never feel them coming but this time I got numb and I got a huge headache. Good luck! <3

this is how i feel when i regain consciousness and then the fear and confusion sets in. I was literally APOLOGIZING to dr’s and nurses for having a seizure in the ER cause i didn’t know what was going on😂

for me I see these weird colorful dots that obscure my vision, and it stresses me out so bad because I've always had a fear of losing my vision so it just makes the seizure worse since mine are usually stress induced 😭✌🏼

Scary because I never know when I'm gonna have my seizures, I only know when I'm done having them when I wake up (nocturnal seizures) or regain consciousness afterwards. 💜🧠
