league is keep stopping work middle game and close when i get desktop back it changes to 800x640p and turn back normal and the client get smaller and i get 60 fps while i get 300 in valorant and cs2

I have high end pc so running game even at 500 fps is not problem BUT when i play above 200+ fps my game starts breaking like when i move my champion it just little teleports but when i lock my fps at 144 everything is normal. (My ping is 35 so its not my internet)

Thats not true, just get to windows settings search for game mode on and choose windows optimization. My all games went from 140 to at least 240+

Is better playing on full screen or borderless? I have sometimes random 0,5s freeze, procesor 7800x3d stable240 fps, but still sometimes on lane sometimes teamfight random freezing screen :((
