@robbsfilms: I forgot the recipe for the best sauce I ever made while drinking!! But I remembered while maki n this video- so here’s the recipe if you wanna make this at home! Ingredients: - 6 jalapeños, chopped (seeds removedto your preferred spice level) - Half red onion, chopped - 1 head of garlic, smashed - 6 floz tequila blanco (sub 2oz for mezcal if you have it) - 1 tsp cumin - 1 tsp coriander - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 1 tbsp salt - 8 floz pineapple juice - 2 cups brown sugar - 2 tsp corn starch (made into slurry) Directions: - Add all the ingredients to a medium pot - Simmer on low for 45 minutes - Use an immersion blender or ground beef masher to blend/mush the ingredients - Turn heat to high and allow to come to a boil - While whisking add the cornstarch slurry and continue to whisk for an additional 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened. - (OPTIONAL) strain through a fine mesh sieve - Enjoy on chicken, pork, or as a dip If you try this tag me with your results or any changes you made!!
