When i was super into the diet/workout game it was once a week i could eat something I wanted and i didn’t care at all about the calories/numbers etc. every other meal of the week was the same grilled chicken/rice/broccoli with a rotation of the same few sauces. For me, that was the only thing that worked, any trying to be fancy always turned out as a fail.

I had to add in cardio. My two jobs has my ahh walking at least 8 miles a day. But yes consistency is key.
