This is no fault of the buyer but the buyers agent not doing their job correctly!!!! This is why you do a final walk through the morning of closing!!! Agent should be responsible for paying all their hotel and food accommodations for that mishap!!!

Every house I’ve purchase had a renters clause in it. They either pay a daily per diem or the keys will be changed and everything in the home on closing day belongs to me (the new owner).
