While he was close to fans, a concertgoer who was right beside mgk stole two bandanas—a black one and a red one—from his pants pockets. mgk later returned to the main stage and, while rapping a verse from his older track “Sail,” began to realize that his bandanas were missing. Shortly after delivering the lines, “Black Eddie Bauer, mask on my face / Like I’m ready to take what is yours ’cause it’s ours,” he addressed the situation directly. Referencing the lyric, he said: “Speaking of ‘take what is mine,’ you guys got my EST bandana, don’t you? You dirty dogs. You can have the black one. Let me get the red one. Fair trade.
