I used to be a recipe queen and then I started lifting consistently and counting macros — recipes do not work. Protein, carb, maybe some fat on a plate or in a bowl or out of the blender cup. RIP to the creativity 😪

I’m suddenly allergic to everything except eggs, fresh meat, sweet potatoes, 3 fruits and a handful of veggies. Never eaten or felt better but still 10/10 don’t recommend. 😅

I just buy meat, potatoes and eggs. Basically live off all that, but I do have the occasional slice of homemade bread that I make.

Except for all the lab grown meat and vegetables, that’s not real…. You actually need to buy from local farmers and not grocery stores to ensure your eating “real” food
