@heppellspotato: It was the hardest decision of my life to come back to the family farm. I had to take a 50% pay cut, work holidays and Saturdays and work with family. It was a decision i wrestled with for a few weeks until I had a mentor say “sometimes in life the hardest decision is the correct one” And with that I came back to the family farm on a “trial” I loved working in sales and at a big corporation but I missed my purpose. I can now say I’ve found that purpose working in agriculture. I’m proud that our farm feeds our country. I’m proud that each year we donate $2 million dollars worth of our food to food banks and our community. It’s what gets me out of bed in the morning. Money won’t make you happy. I’ve found that living in your purpose is way more important that a pay check! Thanks for following my journey #agriculture #farming #farmer #sales #farm
