I feel you! My cycle is insanely erratic and regularly have 70-odd day cycles. Those long ones are just hard work! I know I’m waiting for it but cannot understand why I’m so full of rage, negativity and why I have to cry all the time. I’m on HRT and probably have PCOS so it’s not new. Or news to the doctor. But fuck me, it’s tough!

Congratulations 🎊 finally!!! I started peri menopause in my 30s. I wasn't taken seriously, fast forward and I'm 49 now and I'm post menopause. Went through it all with no support. No harm in looking into it, but please don't let them fob you off, they blame everything on stress and /or anxiety in my own experiences. It's when you mentioned waking up sweating... I had the ah ha moment 😂

I was in the same boat last week - my mam called me ugly the other day (its not new) but for some reason I started absolutely crying my heart out to my boyfriend even though I've heard it in plenty different variations from her before 🤣 went to the loo and realised what was going on and I went back to my bf and said "oh that makes sense!"
