Cats are absolutely vicious! I was walking my 90 pound female anatolian shepherd in the parking lot of a tractor supply. Suddenly a feral cat popped up from the storm drain ready to tear her apart! Thankfully my dog is non reactive, and we quietly backed away and left the area. The cat was ready to FIGHT and couldn't have been more than 6 pounds. She had to have kittens down in that storm drain.
