@Color Wow Hair While the ingredient lists are very similar and both rely on the same anti humidity silicone technology, Color Wow has a “longer” reputation and more performance data behind it. The e.l.f. version appears to be a “budget friendly” alternative that uses many of the same key ingredients, but similar ingredients don’t always guarantee identical results because the formula percentages and manufacturing process can make a big difference.
