cream of tartar is high in potassium, I mix it in water along with sea salt, sometimes baking soda, and lemon juice. homemade electrolyte drink

So I take 1200 mg of potassium a day, and my blood pressure is still high. If I take more potassium how do I know when I have too much potassium.? I wish you were still taking patients. My functional medicine Dr really isn’t helping

More medical monarchy from the sodium consortium. it's sea salt? increase the intake of sea salt not that processed sodium from the sodium consortium which puts that crap in every boxed item on the grocery shelf.
