You know, a kinda forgotten substory is the same MIPS CPUs were featured in high end workstations like SGIs. Same CPU in a PS2 would be an R5K class cpu. That was zippy stuff 30 years ago. It should be no surprise that doom runs so good. yet. surprise! 😁🥰
