@derrickfromzero: Ok you asked for it… here's how I actually built one. Two prompts that take turns: one sources ideas, one vets them. Drop your questions in the comments and I'll work them into the series.
Have we come from prompt engineering to context engineering to loop engineering.... all the way back to prompt engineering (for loops)?

Is notion worth setting up? Need to research more. I’ve been frustrated by Claude’s memory. I have it write to a supabase context schema. But I see a lot of people using notion for this but don’t know why. New to all this and learning fast.

"loop until it passes my test" .... hmmm, so it really comes down to how you define "passing my test" is. For this to work, you must know the value of "x", where x = making money (paying for itself). Please share what x is.

That’s just a scheduled job or cron job. I feel like that speech was misleading. I think the harness is doing what he meant by loops. I think your example is correct at what they meant by a loop just minus the cron. Do a thing, test the thing, if it doesn’t pass my test, go back to step one and iterate until it passes my test.

goal ->fetch from source >validate >goal met ? If not repeat. is that accurate? may be I am oversimplifying it. how do we validate an idea ? that a big thing isn't? atleast on business imo. I have used this pattern to fetch some data and code but on business side , how ? am not business man pls bear my ignorance here.

Why not use a traditional scheduled automation and call on AI and write to logs and ideal output structure for next automated steps.

Coding is dead. Now teach AI how to run a loop. Cooked!

lone.iron.wolf :
Nothing in the checker’s output feeds back to change the sourcer’s behavior, and nothing gates one task on the other completing. It’s two cron jobs pointed at the same table — a producer and a consumer running in parallel, not A→B→A.

Simple. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means. 😄

So you don’t recognize that this is just Claude’s way of making sure that you can burn through your tokens automatically without watching them. Sad.
