I was very fortunate as Dad didn’t want to pass in a Hospital bed all by himself 😳So watching him broke us all as He was my Big strong Dad,he worked right with a foot in his Coffin,He got told he had Terminal Cancer a big mass in his stomach they were too late by this time,and I remember saying to Dad why don’t they give you a ex-ray or something I said as they don’t investigate why my Dad had a Crippling Back,just handed him more pain killers Dad didn’t complain as long as he could get to work,Dad worked from he was 14 as back then the worker would work to keep his family,My Gran and Grandad I didn’t meet any them,So obviously Dad jumped at the chance when them at the Beatson said there was a Clinical Trial,and it could give him more time,anyone would of,But yes it kept Dad here for Longer But I think back and watching 👀 Dad suffering,that Clinical trial had side effects one stroke gave him a limb,he needed help then they took him right off they awful trials as nobody scans over it all,they just hear more time with his family,he then had a Second Stroke, lost function in his arms so couldn’t hold a cup, and his legs,He actually had his 3 rd Stroke in the Stroke ward in that Royal,he had his breakfast the Doctors had even done their rounds,me and Mum went up around 11,and my dads wee had was like a claw,the wee soul still then he was trying to protect us,Mum asked what happened to his hand he said I must have been lying on it during the night😔That 3 rd Stroke took Dads voice and it was awful not understanding what he was saying,not once did he moan,Dad and Mum were married for 52 years Mum still puts a cup out for Dad just as she always done for all em years,they let us bring Dad Home,By now hue couldn’t eat or drink we where just allowed to wet his lips,My big strong Dad fought and fought 2 weeks he went without and he didn’t ask either,He was still fighting all that night when they told us it’s soon,But Dad was protecting us to the end,Mum had to tell him to get a wee rest,his eyes were shut,But as Mum said it,I heard a Scream that will haunt me,Mum screaming he’s away and he wasn’t on a heart machine but Mum knew she screamed she saw him leave his Body😔

not me remembering any time is my birthday 🎂, I remember him, cause he died on the day we wanted to celebrate 🎉 our birthday same day, this August 17th is still gonna make me cry as a man 👨 again, just every year keeps reminding me of him, keep resting my old 🧓 boy, and let the HEAVENS celebrate 🎉 u on high 🥰😔
