@progressnot_perfection: I’m officially an Ironman 70.3 Eagleman Finisher ❤️ If you know me, you won’t be surprised to know I built a spreadsheet for this. For the last six months, I ran every calculation imaginable trying to answer one question: “Can I actually do this?” Can I make the swim cutoff? The bike cutoff? The run cutoff? The finish cutoff? What started as zero swimming experience, zero cycling experience, and a questionable amount of confidence somehow turned into something far bigger than I ever imagined. Turns out the answer wasn’t hidden in the numbers. It was in showing up every day. One swim, one ride, one run at a time. And I definitely didn’t do it alone. To my husband: thank you for carrying the weight of this goal with me. Thank you for every early morning, every pep talk, every answered question, every push, every mile, every bike repair, and every reminder that I was capable of more than I believed. I truly couldn’t have done this without you. I’m exhausted, emotional, proud, grateful, and still trying to find the words for what this experience meant to me. Maybe that’s because some moments are bigger than words. If you can’t tell from the smiles in these photos, every second was worth it. 8:11:59 ❤️ #eagleman703 #ironman703 #ironman #eagleman
