More tea bags and a longer steep! When I use tea as an ingredient in a slush my family makes, I have to make it SUPER strong or else it gets lost in the mix!

Honestly loose leaf might work better- tea bags are known for being weak. To get full flavour out of tea you want the leaves to be able to expand which tea bags do not allow as tea bags are crushed leaves.

you can put a couple of tea bags in a small amount of boiling water and let it simmer, it'll make it super saturated!

Maybe leave out the olive oil in the next one since it can have a fairly strong taste? You could also try dissolving some salt in the tea so that the flavour is stronger?

Can you only have extra virgin olive oil? Second and third pressed might have a more mild taste.

Can you reduce your tea into a syrup? It might concentrate the flavor more

Freezing things dampens the flavor slightly. I definitely recommend the cold brewed tea that people are recommending. It may also help to pre-blend it to help with texture.

steep the tea and then keep putting the tea through strainer again or putting more tea bags in it, so ideally it's brewed multiple times making it stronger each time

Could you eat Agar? I'm wondering about other seaweeds since you can eat Nori and you could make tea gelatine with Agar

Just make straight sweet tea that steeps overnight and add just a BIT of the cucumber/chini for texture

maybe you could look up how other tea ice creams are made, and see if they have any strategies for getting the most flavour possible out of the tea leaves?

What about presoaking the veg in tea? brew the tea strong, thinly slice the cucumber/zucchini and then soak in the tea mixture in the fridge overnight. Maybe even try to semi dehydrate the veggies first and then dehydrate with the tea? like if you slice and put on a baking sheet on parchment paper, lowest temp your oven goes and leave the door cracked a bit should dehydrate things. and then when you rehydrate with the tea you might get that stronger flavor you are looking dor
