I'm 700 but I feel like no matter what I do the caro is too complicated to learn. this video did simplify it but YouTube videos feel too dense with too many lines and specific moves and I have no clue how studying works

One little detail about f6 pawn break from my experience. Doing it you GREATLY weaken e6 so you need to be 100% sure that it's protected at all times. Because even if they don't have a light-squared bishop, they can still take it with check using their queen, which can be disastrous in some positions
