It’s genuinely so bizarre how people push others to not eat animal products. It’s perfectly fine to want to be vegan or vegetarian, but it’s not right to lie and say it’s what we were meant to eat. Some people can’t stop eating meat because it’s an important source of protein that plant based protein can’t replace
