So make this high protein + fiber chili oil salmon salad! 🥗🍣 Ingredients: Salmon: - 2 salmon filets (without the skin) - 1 tsp salmon - 1/2 tsp white pepper - oil spray Dressing: - 3/4 c nonfat greek yogurt - a little more than 1/4 c kewpie mayo - 1/2 tsp ginger (grated) - 2-3 garlic cloves (grated) - 1 tsp honey - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 tsp sesame oil - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 tsp white pepper - 2 tbsp chili crunch Veggies: - 2 c kale (massaged with olive oil & salt) - 1/2 c diced red cabbage - 2 mini cucumbers diced - 1/4 diced green onions - 1/2 an avocados (diced) - 1/2 c edamame (i got the frozen kind and steamed it in bag) - 1/2 c carrots - 3-4 small seaweed sheets (crushed) Tips: - once everything is combined let it sit in the fridge for 30 mins & then try it and adjust anything to taste - let it cool for a couple hours before serving so it’s super cold & everything combines together - serve it over rice or with seaweed & chips #greekyogurt #salads #healthyish #mealprep
