This is why developing self awareness is soo key and having a mediation practice so you’re aware of YOUR THOUGHTS . Cus I can certainly tell when random thoughts (usually negative) are infiltrating my mind literally out of nowhere . I have to stop myself and say that’s not me that’s not the reality I choose .
