I will disappoint you - I have heard few after interview discussions about the candidate. You even can not imagine how shallow are the reasons and often also very discriminatory.

All this acting doesn’t happen in trucking. I have a BBA and Finance and corporate interviews are a joke. In trucking, you get a phone call, employment gets verified, FMCSA, drug test, driving test and start working. No BS

I can usually get a job if I can get the interview. I just can barely get an interview these days! I know my last name is not helping me. I have only ever gotten jobs through LinkedIn recruiters, or referrals. I never get it through the job portal.
