i did this with my 14x 40 ft shed, same exact style. on the website, I was able to customize the windows to a smaller size and swap the door for a solid one which knocked off about $800. Just make sure you have the land to put it on OR find a company that will move it for you if you need to relocate it. anyone can message me for details since mines nearly completed
