In the Netherlands we have Bittergarnituur (different kinds of small fried foods, think chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks, but also other stuff) which is often passed around on large trays a classic truly made to be a late night bite haha!

I don’t like sushi myself but my accidental adoption came with the name sushi… and my mother will not allow me to incorporate my baby girl!! And my mother is literally obsessed with her!!!!! So yes sushi bar as our late night snacky lol

My friends’ dad owns a boba shop & at her wedding they served late night boba teas with this hot brown sugar sauce on top, it was soooo divine

I've had pretzel BITES at weddings and they had normal salty ones AND cinnamon ones which rocked and they had two sauce options (cheese and chocolate) on a table with little paper serving boats. That rocked AND I could eat my pretzels on the dance floor
