My man, I deliver Coca-Cola as a driver, and at a store, a customer got upset I wasn't restocking the Pepsi products. She got a store manager involved and asked to have me fired. The manager looked at me, then her, and told her I don't work here and I work for Coca-Cola. She couldn't comprehend that.

this reminds me of when a customer asked me where the baking soda was, and I told him the grocery aisle by the spices. he started laughing at me and saying "why would it be there?? it's for cleaning"! I tried to explain to him that it's for BAKING but people also use it for cleaning and that's why it's over there but he just kept laughing and disagreeing with me 😐

Similar experience. Lady was looking for self tanning lotion. I told her where it was. She said no, self tanner. I said I know, its on Aisle 30 near pharmacy. All while she is telling me it's not the correct area on the way over there. I get to the correct location point to the self tanner and she goes wait a minute let me look and see if this is correct. The she says yes it is, thank you. 😅
