Okay the people who are going ‘ungh nnugh you guys can’t do anything’ this is a DATING simulator… This game’s definition is a fictional escape. You SHOULD be able to pick whatever you’d like! The whole point of a fictional dating game is to allow you to perfectly pick out a partner that doesn’t exist, so their triggering aspects aren’t needed… it’s not real. I’m going to start responding to that bs with ‘actually I can do whatever I want so’

I really like that Friar Errol finally got a content warning even if I myself don't have religious trauma. His route is ultimately satirical in the way it parodies actual religious leaders and the way they try to get non-believers to convert. It's meant to be funny but obviously, to alot of people, it can't be because of what they experienced! Even though he's talking about a fucking air fryer instead of heaven or hell, he's still using the same or similar language to that of abusive religious people. If it's not for you, that's alright!! if you don't like the fact he has a content warning now, you lack empathy, and at the end of the day, the content aware can be turned off and other people needing one shouldn't effect you in any way.
