It's been a year and 4 months. I'm finally at the stage where I've made my decision but I let go now. Started seeing small movements but trying to not make a big deal and continue living as myself.

It’s hard .. I keep persisting and then the 3D shows me something completely opposite and makes me spiral . It’s a never ending back and forth . A lot of fear as well.
