I’ve saw a girl doing a weird exercise that mimics how archers pull their elbow back and it works the sh!t out of your rear delts, I felt like it works even better than reverse pec flys

Front delts are already developed by hitting the incline bench press. Rear delts are heavily targeted on any row exercise for the back. And lateral delts are good with lateral raises, no need to reinvent the wheel.

Apparently even regular shoulder press does work your side delts almost as much as your front delts. Or at least the activation is close to the same amount
