I’ve been tracking my macros for about 12 weeks now.. I got to about 8-10% body fat but weighing every meal and hitting my macros is mentally draining and I have no social life anymore… if I eat 2 bigger meals a day and prioritize protein .. do you think I can maintain my look year round? For example today I ate about 4 cutlets of chicken breast 3 boiled eggs 2 medium sized potatoes with some cucumber and sugar free ketchup.. second meal of the day (post workout) was roughly 6-8 oz ground beef a big sweet potato some blueberries and a apple.. I would say I ate around 18-2000 calories if I were to guess.. but not having to weigh every single meal and make sure I hit my exact protein carbs and fat felt mentally relieving .. let me know what you think boss

Chicken. I eat the same thing almost everyday at work during my 12hrs. Chicken thighs/sweet potato then later bird balls (ground chicken+ground turkey with jasmine rice) yea sometimes it sucks to do the same thing, but I like it. I’m not prepping for a show, I’m just killing my workouts and eating better to look good naked. 🤣
