Weight loss stalls happen. They’re FRUSTRATING, they’re DISCOURAGING, and they can make you feel like all your hard work isn’t paying off. But a stall DOES NOT mean you’re failing. Your body is constantly CHANGING. Sometimes the scale stays the same while you're LOSING INCHES, BUILDING MUSCLE, REDUCING INFLAMMATION, or improving your overall health. That’s why I always encourage people to take measurements, progress photos, and pay attention to how their clothes fit. The scale is only one too.... it doesn’t tell the whole story. ▪️If you’re in a stall right now, KEEP SHOWING UP. ▪️Keep making the healthy choices. Keep moving your body. ▪️Keep hitting your protein and hydration goals. The people who succeed aren’t the ones who never hit a stall..... they’re the ones who keep going through it.
