I was 11-12 and I have 2 sisters and 6 brothers. My oldest brother lived with my oldest sister. His name is Michael he is about in his 30's. He asked me if I can have a sleepover and I said yes. I was sleeping in the middle of the night and woke up to my hair suddenly moving off of my neck. My eyes went dead as I felt kisses on my neck and hands roaming on me. I got up and said I have to use the bathroom and when I did I came back for new clothes and he kept pushing me to change into his and I said no but he kept telling me to change in the room which I eventually did because I couldn't get out I regret ever calling him my brother and yes he IS MY BROTHER. I told my sister he lived with and she didn't believe me I also told my other brother and he said I just wanted attention. Every time I came over he would hug me and laugh like nothing happened and when I was alone in the room he would come in and say how 'my b00b$ were growing in perfect' or that 'I had a fat @$$' I can't get him out of my head I still have dreams about him and can't get it out of my mind they believe me now but they didn't say anything to him at all I still feel uncomfortable around there. Whenever I go over they would ask why I am wearing sweats and a hoodie because it's hot and I tell them I'm just tired, lazy and cold. Of course that wasn't the case.

Awful people will say “why did you go back!” but they don’t understand unless they’ve been through it, the not thinking it’s real is dissociation and it’s a very real thing. It feels so much like a dream and you convince yourself that you’re making it up but then you have to face the problem/reality at some point (could be years before your brain lets you)
