I agree with all. And it’s eye opening. But I believe we are build for connections and attachment. It’s our primal instinct for survival. Making the unconscious conscious it’s truly the freedom.

Unmet expectations can cut deeply. Since the passing of my mom a couple of months ago has taught me a lesson to enjoy the presence because everything and everyone has an expiration with you, no matter how it ends.
