I tried my entire 20s and was infertile 10 years straight. I gave up at the 10 year mark then somehow naturally conceived at 32 . I had another naturally at 36 and about to have my final at 38.

My mom had me at 34 and my younger brother at 36, and she’s 65 now and still does Zumba three times a week. 😂

It also keeps you young!! My mom turned 65 last week, she was able to do everything she wanted to do in life before having kids 🙂↕️she traveled, built her own house, and then met my dad and had my sister and I.

Im always so confused by medical information, because some info says early 20’s is peak for fertility and physically. Then mid 20’s into 30’s is best due to maturity, fertility and stability. But then there is info out there for 35+ with declining of fertility and more health issues and complications. But I also heard that mothers who have their babies in their 30’s live longer. I don’t know how true that is but I don’t even know what age is really better to have kids. I already have 2 and I had my first at 21 and second a day before 24. Like should I be worried 😭

Can confirm, my grandparents are in their 90s and perfectly healthy (0 health issues or meds) and so are my parents. My dad is 70 and just backpacked Patagonia last year!

Babies in my 30s were also TEN THOUSAND times easier then my 20s.. idk why but the the recovery the birth everything was so easy and perfect
