First, police used GPS trackers and the supreme court ruled they needed a warrant. Then cops tracked phones but again the supreme court ruled they needed a warrant. Now cops use FLOCK data without a warrant until a case makes it to the supreme court so they can rule against it. Cops don't follow the law and have a hatred for constitutionally protected rights.
